Q: CAN I GET MY OWN/FRIEND'S NAME PUT INTO A NECKLACE?
A: YES! Absolutely. You can have your name or any word of your choice written in either English or Japanese Katakana. Simply decide which shape pendant you would like to order BUT do double check in the shape desciption how many letters will fit into the shape you have chosen. Some shapes can only fit 4 letters in. If in doubt contact us through the contact form on the website or at harajukuboutique@yahoo.co.uk

Q: HOW DOES YOUR PERSONALISED JEWELLERY SERVICE WORK?
A: We currently offer personalised necklaces at Harajuku Boutique. It is possible to personalise every part of your necklace pendant by following these steps:
1. Choose which necklace shape you like the most.
2. Decide whether you would just like a word in your pendant, or whether you would like a word and kawaii image.
3. Choose the colour and filling type of your pendant, e.g. gold glitter.
4. At the checkout tell us whether you would like your personalise word written in English or Japanese Katakana.
5. Type the word you would like to into the box.
6. Answer any other questions about your personalised product at the checkout.

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR POSTING AND PACKAGING FEES?
A: We offer FREE SHIPPING for UK orders of £20 or more and FREE SHIPPING for international orders of £30 or more. For all other UK orders a shipping fee of £3.50 applies and for all other international orders a shipping fee of £5 applies.

We also automatically offer FREE gift wrapping for all of our orders. This includes a FREE Harajuku Boutique fridge magnet, a Harajuku Boutique business card, kawaii note paper invoice, kitsch decorative taping, a FREE kawaii jewellery holder, FREE diamanté kawaii stickers and lots of bubblewrap!

Q: YOU HAVE BEEN OUT OF STOCK OF AN ITEM FOR A WHILE. WILL YOU BE GETTING ANY MORE IN?
A: Many of the products we offer are unique, custom-made, one-of-a-kind items. Once these items have been sold we generally do not restock. HOWEVER we would be more than happy to make jewellery for you! Just get in touch and tell us which item you would like us to custom make for you!

Q: CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS IF THERE IS A PROBLEM?
A: Although we make every effort to ensure our products reach you in tip-top condition, if unfortunately you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're very sorry to hear that and we will be happy to exchange or refund your item. Simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 7 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicible) and must be returned in original packaging. Due to the fragile nature of many of our products please take care to package the item adequately upon return. We recommend that you send the parcel back to us using a delivery service which insures you for the value of the goods. A full refund of the original price (minus postage & packing) will be issued on receipt of the product. Please allow up to 7 working days for refunds to be processed.
